Mansfield and District weekly crime report 29th November to the 6th December 2018
MANSFIELD AND DISTRICT – 7 DAYS TO THURSDAY Sent on behalf of Mansfield District Commander Nick Butler).
Crimes reported over the past 7 days, 12:00 28th November- 12:00 6th December 2018.
Only those areas with reported crimes are listed.
Berry Hill
Burglary dwelling:
Entry gained into property overnight 29th November into the 30th vehicle keys taken for the garage and car stolen from Forest Road area.
Gordon Brae, attempted burglary on property, between the 29th November and the 30th.
Rear window smashed on property, house ransacked Nottingham Road on the 3rd December.
Theft of/from a motor vehicle:
Number plates stolen from a vehicle parked on Windsor road overnight30/11/2018
Moped stolen from Berry Hill last seen 9pm to 2.15pm on the 1st December and 2nd December
Theft of/from a motor vehicle:
Vehicle was broken into whilst on Little Barn Lane overnight 30/11/18 .Tools taken from within.
Vehicle was stolen from Maltby Road by a named offender on the 4th December.
Theft Other:
2 reported incidents of bike thefts overnight 27th November and the 28th November on Carter Lane.
Criminal damage:
Damage was caused to a vehicle between 3pm on the 1st December and 1pm on the 2nd December on Maltby Road.
Forest Town West
Theft Other:
On the 29th November customer left without making payment to the Foxglove public House.
Criminal Damage:
Plants were damaged on Holly Drive on the 29th November
Theft Other:
On the 30th November cash was taken from an ATM after the cash was left in machine in error from the Rosemary Street Service station.
Criminal Damage:
Damage caused to Kirkland Industrial Park main gates between 8.30pm and 9.30 pm on the 28th November.
Burglary  dwelling:
Copper pipe stolen from a property on Shireoaks Court. Reported on the 3rd to the police December.
Theft other:
Hirer not returned a vehicle to Sherwood Oaks Business Park, Named offender.
Criminal damage:
Damage to property caused to a property on Newark Close by named offender.
Oak Tree
Theft other:
A Radial Hybird bike taken from the front garden between 3pm and 7pm on the 30th November Charnwood Grove area.
Non-payment of fare on the 3rd December after customer was dropped off on Edale Road at 1am.
Criminal damage:
Between 8.30am and 4.15 pm on the 29th November Back door window has been cracked on Eyam Close.
5th December wires have been cut to the Christmas lights on Linton Close.
Stone caused damaged to a living room window on Longford Walk time of damage unknown reported on the 29th November.
Damaged caused to property by known offender o the 3rd December Eakring Road.
Air gun pellet has caused damage to window on the 4th December on Longnor walk.
Damage caused to vehicle parked on Mappleton Drive on the 4th December all windows were smashed.
Pleasley Hill/Bull Farm
Burglary  dwelling:
Patio window smashed and attempted break on Mandalay Road between 9am and 5.40 pm on the 3rd December.
Theft Other
Named person stole vehicle without consent from a property Whamby Avenue on the 1st December
Burglary other than dwelling:
Overnight break in on Hermitage Way industrial Estate 4th December. Damage caused.
Theft Other:
Handbag stolen from lady whilst in Sainsburys Car-park Nottingham Road on the 30th November 2 separate incidents reported with the same description same offence and location.
Theft from a motor vehicle:
Handbag stolen from a vehicle parked in Sainsbury s car-park on Nottingham Road 30th November approx. 7pm
Burglary other than dwelling:
High Street  location Break in between 8am and 7.55pm on the 30th November
Theft from a motor vehicle:
Park Road between 28th and 30th November on Park Road car was broken into and a messy search
Number plates been stolen from Sherwood street between 9pm 05/12/2018  and 8am on the December 6th
Theft Other:
Gas bottles stolen from a vehicle parked on Leeming Lane South on the 5thn December at 5.10pm
Criminal damage:
30th November group of youths caused damage to a post on York Street.
Burglary Dwelling:
Sanders Avenue reported 4 th November that 2weeks previous of a burglary wanted to report further items have been stolen.
Theft Other:
Items stolen from Pelham Street on the 28th November.
Theft from motor vehicle:
Theft from vehicle onTerrace Road on the 30th November. Number plates stolen
Criminal damage:
Known person caused damage to a property on Newgate Lane on the 28th November
Damage caused to a gate Cliff Street on the 1st December.
5th December communal door damaged along with a window that has been smashed, on Belper way, between the hours of 9.10am and 10am
Burglary dwelling:
29th November on the Woodlands a person was sticking their hands through the letterbox.
Waterloo Road reports of a break into a vehicle and a house on the 30th November.
Criminal damage:
30th November Wood Street know group of children causing damage to a property.
Bottles thrown at windows Newcastle Street 3rd December.
5th December fence panel damaged on Stainforth Street happened approx. 11 pm
Theft of / from motor vehicle:
Vehicle broken into between from West Hill Drive on the 30th November.
Motor bike stolen between 1am and 9am from West Hill Drive 30Th November.
Number plates stolen from a vehicle that had broken down on Debdale Lane on the 6th December between 6.45pm and 7.10pm.
Town Centre
Burglary Dwelling:
The 30th November attempt break in on Market Place.
Burglary Other Than Dwelling:
4th December items stolen from within, through shop letterbox on west gate Mansfield.
Theft Other:
2nd of December purse left on counter at Debenhams and was taken by another person.
November the 28th left of £20 from a known offender at Albert Street.
November 30th Attempt theft of push bike Leeming Street at between 10.30am and 10.45 am.
30th November items stolen which were going to be donated to charity from store in town Centre.
December 4th mobile phone stolen from public house on Clumber Street at 6pm.
Items stolen from the back of a van on the market place happened at approx. 7.15 am 6th December.
Criminal damage:
29th November window damage alarm was raised and hole was found.
Male caused damage to a window on market place on the 30th November.
Four Seasons centre damage was caused by a football to a canopy on the 30th November at 7pm
December 2nd windows were smashed shop window on Leeming Street town centre
4 th December tyres were slashed on a vehicle parked on Stockwell Gate.
Warsop Birklands
Burglary Dwelling:
Reports on the 4th December 11.30am and 2pm of a break on Mansfield Road.
Criminal Damage:
Vehicle has been damaged with a key Birkland Avenue happened between 8.30 am and 8.40 am on the 6th December.
Broomhill :
Theft Of /From Motor vehicle:
28 th November Vehicle stolen from Chesterfield Road South car-park
From same location same date, vehicle has been broken into. 6.40pm and 7.05pm items removed from her bag left in the car.
